Dr Ahmed will give you some aftercare instructions, such as not bending forward for at least 4 hours after treatment and avoiding excessive exercise, hot baths, saunas and steam rooms for 24 hours’ post-treatment.
You should be able to return to your normal daily activities immediately after the treatment, so long as you adhere to the doctor’s aftercare advice.
You should start to see results in as little as 24 hours but full effect can take up to 2 weeks, when Dr Ahmed will invite you back to the Cheshire clinic for a review and top up treatment if required. This will ensure that you get the most pleasing outcome.
Your results can last anywhere between 3 and 6 months and it is recommended that you keep up to date with your treatments, as it has been found that with regular use, Botox can indeed prevent further wrinkles from forming.
Overall, Botox injections are considered very safe for most people. However, there is a risk of some side-effects to be aware of. You may see some slight redness, swelling or bruising at the injection site and this is quite normal and will subside in a few days. Other mild side effects from Botox brow lift injections can include the following:

Serious side-effects are extremely rare. However, you should seek medical advice right away if you experience the following symptoms:
• Breathing difficulties
• Droopy brows or eyelids (this can be remedied by your doctor)
